Resident Ducks

These three ducks are always down at the park by the slough. They love to come to shore and eat our old bread, while the wild ducks linger in the water, observing the odd behavior.

We stumbled upon some pretty beach art left by someone. We were just north of Neptune State Park.

Baby deer outside our bedroom

This video was from last month, but I wanted to try experimenting with video blogging.

It was pouring down rain, Jered was off getting me a birthday present, and I noticed what looked like an ear outside the bedroom. In the Holly neighborhood, there is a set of twin babies, and a singleton. This was the singleton (it is easy to tell, it is way smaller than the twins) and it apparently was all by itself. So Cute!!!
